We loved the hotel and will enjoy staying again in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy. We had some diffulty with the key entry a couple of times and staff very promptly brought a new key to us. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly and also very considerate in helping us with information and communication. Thank You Hotel La Fenice.

I would definetly stay at This hotel again. The rooms were small but had everything you would need. The breakfast was wonderful and the receptionist was amazing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. So nice to have a roof terrace for a break at the end of the day, between the visit of the city and the dinner (great for Happy Hour!) and for breakfast as well. Good location.

we had a fantastic stay, the BEST location, only a few steps from the Trevi Fountain. Able to walk everywhere. Lots of local restaurants and shopping close by. Room is only small and basic but comfortable. lovely rooftop bar with complimentary evening drinks and a wonderful breakfast with great coffee and gorgeous pastries. Hotel is only a tiny 3 star basic, but with character and great location , great price thank you!!

Really loved this hotel. Our room was comfortable, and the rooftop terrace daily happy hour was amazing! The breakfast was really good as well. The staff was always very helpful and polite. It was our favorite hotel on our Europe trip.

Excellent hotel. This is my second stay at the hotel. Great location, walking distance to every site, rooms are clean, breakfast is served in a pleasant atmosphere, wonderful service of all staff. Waiting for the next visit. Highly recommended.

Un hotelito encantador muy bien situado, quizás la habitación que era bastante amplia podría estar mejor decorada, pero confortable en cualquier caso. Una maravilla la terracita para desayunar. El personal muy amable y atento. Una estancia muy satisfactoria.

Oso toki ona; Erroma ikusteko bikaina: dena esku-eskura eta gertu. Nahiko hotel zaharra da eta zenbait gauza aldatu egin beharko lituzkete. Esaterako, ni egon naizen gelako armairuak egundoko hezetasun usaina du (arroparik ezin sartu !). Hormetan ere hezetasunak eta margoa harrotuta. Bainera ere berritu beharra... Horrezaz gainera, logelara ez dute tarte baterako ere inor eramaten uzten. Gainontzean, esan bezala, leku paregabea, Terraza polita dauka gainera! Barberini metro geltokitik gertu. Langileak jatorrak eta laguntzeko prest daudenak. Gosaria ere balekoa. Gomendatzeko modukoa.

At the first night we arrived late and got a really small room, we were 2 + baby. In the morning we asked in the reception if it's possible to change room and they changed our room to a much biger room which was great and also had a bathtub so it was super! The hotel is really nice and the breakfast is great. The service was also very good, everyone is helpful and nice.
